Where I decline work.

I decline engagements where I don't think I can create outcomes. Specifically:

Pure strategy decks. Not my work. Use a strategy firm.
Regulatory / legal technical lead. I partner with specialists. I do not play expert where I'm not one.
Permanent CEO role. This is Interim by design. My job is to hand off.
Symbolic engagements. If the mandate is for me to exist on paper rather than to change outcomes, I'll pass.
